  • One person or entity may maintain no more than one free account

3. Payment Terms

Paid accounts are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on EduQuest, including games, questions, graphics, and software, is owned by EduQuest or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer

EduQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any educational outcomes or decisions made based on platform content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
